About us

Stop Funding Hate is a community-driven human rights campaign based on a philosophy of open, inclusive, and participatory campaigning.

The Stop Funding Hate community exists to advance and safeguard human rights by making hate unprofitable in print and digital media. We oppose all forms of discrimination without exception.

Our core values include upholding truth, prioritising campaign effectiveness, and supporting all human rights. The work of our community is aligned with the principles and policies of the international human rights movement. We’re committed to ensuring that all of our activities are consistent with the principles outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. If you share these values and mission, this is the place for you.

Our socials

Our social media channels are a place for us to:

  • Call out companies that advertise on toxic media outlets.
  • Hold divisive media outlets accountable.
  • Campaign to make hate and misinformation unprofitable in print and digital media.

They’re also a space for our community of supporters to flag potential issues for Stop Funding Hate’s staff to investigate. So, it’s crucial that we keep these channels as safe and respectful as possible for everyone.
